Plot: On New Year’s Eve, the mammoth cruise ship ‘Poseidon’ is struck by a massive wave in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean, causing it to capsize. Amidst the chaos, a small group of survivors bands together to fight for their lives. Dylan Johns, a career gambler, defies orders to stay put and embarks on a perilous journey to find a way to safety. His solo mission soon attracts others, including a desperate father searching for his daughter and her fiance, a single mother and her son, an anxious stowaway, and a despondent passenger. Together, they navigate the treacherous upside-down wreckage, drawing on their hidden strengths and skills as they battle against time and the rapidly flooding vessel in a desperate bid for survival.
